Indictment of Army Reserve Officers For Stealing From Iraq CPA -- Cars, Bling and BangI've posted the 45-page indictment of three Army Reserve officers and two civilians for stealing millions of dollars from the Iraq CPA reconstruction project. Most stories yesterday focused on the sports cars and electronics and jewelry bought with misappropriated funds.
