New Document: 1996 CIA Report on Terrorist Abuse of Islamic CharitiesUPDATED JUNE 14, 2010INTELWIRE.com INTELWIRE is publishing a landmark 1996 CIA report on the misuse of Islamic charities by terrorist networks, including the al Qaeda-linked International Islamic Relief Organization and IHH, the Turkish organization linked to the Gaza flotilla (related story).
